By accessing the REIGPlus website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. REIGPlus provides an end-to-end concierge service for acquiring and managing rental properties in Georgia, USA.
2. Scope of Services (The Investment Journey)
REIGPlus provides a turn-key “Real Estate Investment as a Service” stack. Our services include:
Consultation: Defining budgets and goals.
Entity Setup: U.S. LLC formation and Tax ID (EIN/ITIN) procurement.
Sourcing: Access to pre-vetted, high-yield listings in Georgia (Atlanta, Augusta, Savannah, and Columbus).
Closing: Facilitation of legal, escrow, and mortgage processes.
Management: Full-service tenant and property management oversight.
3. Financing and Mortgages
No U.S. Credit Required: We facilitate financing options for Nigerians that do not require a U.S. credit score.
Loan Types: We assist with Foreign National and DSCR loans allowing up to 70% financing.
DSCR Loans: These loans are primarily based on the rental income of the property.
4. Investment Performance and Yields
Projected Yields: We aim for an average rental yield of 6–10%, though actual returns may vary based on market conditions.
Digital Dashboard: Performance tracking, including rental income and expense reports, is provided via a 24/7 digital dashboard.
5. Tax and Repatriation
Compliance: We provide automated K-1 and 1042-S tax reporting.
FIRPTA: We manage the disposition process and assist with FIRPTA tax mitigation strategies when you choose to sell.
Repatriation: We provide assistance with profit repatriation to your home country.
